Automatic visual inspection machine can be applied to various pharmaceutical products, including powder injections, freeze-drying powder injections, small-volume vial/ampoule injections, large-volume glass bottle/plastic bottle IV infusion etc.
The bottles are fed by spiral track and turntable feeding system and are sent to the automatic intelligent lamp inspection machine. The product to be inspected will pass through the first inspection station on the feeding track, i.e. the sealing inspection station. This station is equipped with 3 cameras and 3 backlight sources to light the product from 3 sides. The camera is evenly distributed at 120° to detect the sealing defects in all directions. After the sealing inspection station, the products to be inspected will be transferred to the main turntable. It will run to the bottle rotation area and tracking photo area, and then pass through 5 synchronous tracking photo collection areas. Each photo collection area is equipped with corresponding light sources and cameras according to the inspection functions. The maximum number of photos can be 30 for a single station, and the light source of different spectra is configured according to the product characteristics. In the main turntable, the rotation speed, acceleration time and deceleration time can be set according to the requirements for each rotation area. The photos will be detected by software and the results will be analyzed. Through the discharge track and positive pressure adsorption rejection device, the unqualified products will be sent to the unqualified product conveying line and the qualified products will enter the leak detection line.
